The Ocean City Tabernacle is a Family Ministry Center where the Gospel of Jesus Christ is Central. Our mission is to help people know God through the Bible, help people worship God, and help strengthen families. Our summer worship services (Memorial Day weekend through mid-September), feature inspirational speakers and uplifting music (8:30 am Traditional and 10:30 am Contemporary). Our youth programming includes the Ark Pre-School, Son Club after school program and the Kull Youth Center for Christian retreats and events. We are also a Christian resource center for local churches. Please check out our website for upcoming concerts & events, and come experience the Tabernacle for yourself today!

Same gull, same cross, same faithful God. 🌊

Our favorite feathered friend is back on his perch, a sweet reminder that "His eye is on the sparrow"... and apparently the seagull too.

Some things are worth keeping close. 🎶

For generations, voices have joined together in this place to sing the great hymns of the faith, the songs that carried our grandparents through storms and still carry us today. Every time we open these pages (or sing from verses on a screen), we join a story that has been unfolding since 1879.

"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly… in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord." (Colossians 3:16)

So we have to ask: what's your favorite hymn to sing at the Tabernacle? Tell us in the comments! 👇

Some things are worth standing still for.

Since 1879, this ground has been a place where people come to hear God's Word, lift their voices, and find rest for their souls. The building has changed. The mission has not.

Generations have walked through these doors to worship, and by God's grace, generations more will follow.

Proclaim. Nurture. Serve.

☀️ What a summer!

Sunday after Sunday, the Tabernacle welcomed some of the finest speakers in the country, and each one pointed us back to the same place: Jesus Christ at the center.

Thank you to every speaker who opened God's Word with us, and to everyone who filled the seats, sang along, and made Summer 2026 one to remember. We're already looking ahead to 2027, and you'll want to stay tuned. 👀

Sound up!
The gentle sound of bay lapping against the shore is a sweet reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and take in the beauty of God’s creation. 🌊☀️

Our fountain has officially clocked out for the season. 🍂

She's drained and tucked in for her winter nap. Next spring, before the season kicks off, she'll get a fresh coat of paint and some TLC so she's ready to sparkle all summer long.

See you soon, old friend. ⛲

Scraped knees, big laughs, and "just five more minutes!" 🌳 Generations have grown up in these branches, and some of those kids now bring kids of their own.

Did you climb it? Tag someone who did and share your favorite Tabernacle memory in the comments.

What a day at the block party! We loved meeting so many neighbors at the Tabernacle booth and sharing what God is doing at the Tabernacle.

Our Executive Director Tom Sherf brought the whole crew, Dawn and the kids included. Thanks to everyone who stopped by! 💙🌊
