In a striking parallel to the conservation legacy of President Theodore Roosevelt, our current President, Donald Trump, has the potential to become a key figure in the protection of our nation's wildlife. Roosevelt, known as a great lover of the outdoors and an avid hunter, was instrumental in creating numerous national parks and reserves to safeguard America's natural beauty and rich biodiversity. Similarly, President Trump could leave an indelible mark on the annals of conservation by stepping in to save the Florida Panthers and Eastern Cougar, by establishing habitats from the states east of the Mississippi all the way to the Canadian border. In doing so, to start he would need to challenge the stances of two key organizations: the US Fish & Wildlife Service (USFW) and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). Both organizations have termed the issue controversial, with the latter often sidestepping the topic. This is a call for President Trump to stir these stagnant waters in favor of the conservation and protection of our diverse wildlife.
He can act to save the Florida Panthers. Also to establish Habitats, in states East of the Mississippi, to the Canadian Border. President Trump should shake up USFW US Fish & Wildlife, also the FWC Florida Wildlife Commission. These 2 organizations claim it's controversial. The latter does a wonderful job of evading this issue.
Here's the reason President Trump, needs to get involved because he's now a citizen of Florida. Read below:
We're the only conservation Reg 501 C3 Organization in Florida, the ACPRP.Org That supports and demands 2 Northern Habitats in Florida. All the other Groups are well-funded. Seems like they only care about the Donations from their Wealthy Donors. To prove a point why don't these Conservation Groups advocate Northern Habatiats to save the Panthers, in South Florida. With 36 Killed by Cars and Trucks in one year. In the past 10 years over 250 Panthers have been killed which was documented and this is a conservative number.
This is Poor Management at the expense of the Panthers, A Violation of the Public Trust of Wildlife, and a money grab from some of these Groups with no Regard for this magnificent Endangered Species, which is considered one of the most critically Endangered Species in the world.
I need your help to Save the Panthers, please share this Post with your Friends and those of means who can and want to save the Panthers. Because there's no way the Panthers will ever survive in South West Florida for the future. This should be considered Animal Cruelty. The ESA, Endangered Species Act calls for two Northern Habitats in Florida. Keep in mind that 40,000 people in Florida bought the Panther license Tag.
