One of our Give4Marion goals is to raise $5000 for Wreaths Across America. So far in 2026, our chapter has sponsored 530 wreaths to be placed at veterans' graves at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Ocala. Every Day Matters 💙

Sometimes we think making a difference requires doing something big. But often, it is the smallest acts of kindness that leave the biggest impact.

A phone call to check on a military mom.
A handwritten note tucked inside a care package.
A visit with a veteran who could use some company.
A simple “thank you” to someone who served.
Showing up when someone needs a helping hand.

We may never know how much one small act means to someone or how it might change the course of their day or even their life.

At Blue Star Mothers of America, we believe there is purpose in showing up, serving others, and reminding people that they are not alone.

Throughout the year, we donate food and toiletries to our local veterans at Vets Helping Vets USA and Gainesville VA. We are planning to raise an additional $1000 during our Give4Marion campaign. You can donate to here help us keep our vets fed on Sep 15-16. Thank you for standing with those who have served our country.

Funding this beautiful monument to honor our Gold Star families at Marion County Veterans Park will be a major undertaking. As summer begins to fade and a new season approaches, one thing remains constant: our mission continues.

Blue Star Mothers will continue standing beside our military families, supporting our service members, honoring our veterans, and serving our communities with pride and purpose.

Every season brings new opportunities to serve, new military moms to welcome, and new ways to make a difference. 💙
