The Silver Springs Pro Dive Team - Ocala, FL

The Silver Springs Pro Dive Team recovered a cell phone this morning (6/02/2026) that was lost over the weekend by a paddler while enjoying this great scenic river! Dr. Joe Wallace found the phone in the bottom muck with the assistance of Jen Nader, Alan Youngblood, and Capt. Will Cosby! The young lady that lost the phone was ecstatic with the recovery because her driver's license and a credit card were stored in the phone case!

The Silver Springs Pro Dive Team successfully completed another cleanup dive on Sunday morning (5/24/2026). Our all-volunteer team cleans the Glass-Bottom Boats and the I-Spy statues of the algae buildup on a monthly basis. And, we document the dive with a team portrait and underwater photography by Alan Youngblood! 😎
