🌟 Meet our Communications Co-Chair, Lindsy Torres-King 🌟

Lindsy is an HR Generalist II at R+L Global Logistics, where she is passionate about helping employees access the resources they need to succeed and equipping leaders to effectively support and develop their teams. She brings a solutions-oriented approach to HR, balancing business needs with a strong focus on people.

Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Lindsy made Ocala home in 2018. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and two children, often traveling to cheer them on at their sports tournaments! 🏅

We’re grateful to have Lindsy’s creativity, perspective, and dedication on the SHRM Greater Ocala Board! 💙

Meet Marisa Rathel, HR Generalist with R+L Global and a valued member of SHRM Greater Ocala!

Marisa joined SHRM Greater Ocala to build meaningful relationships with local HR professionals who understand the challenges, fun, and everyday adventures of working in HR. For her, the biggest benefit has been the connections, having a network to exchange ideas, learn from, and grow alongside.

Outside of HR, Marisa stays busy with her three kids and coaching her daughter's cheerleading team with MCYFL. 📣
She also loves getting creative by doing her own nails and trying out fun, artistic designs. 💅
