My Baby Bullets panting had progressed to where I was very concerned, so off to vet. Thank you Dr Otero!While starting to draw blood he actually collapsed and needed oxygen. Bloodwork looked good ruling out other diseases and chest Xrays clear ruling out cancer thank God. We are treating him for Lar Par..larengeal paralysis part of a neurologic syndrome called Geriatric Onset Larengeal Paralysis Polyneuropathy.....which my beloved Black Lab Wilbur had.....which explains his reluctance to go for walks and difficulty getting up and down as hind end weakness a component. I am treating him with meds and laser therapy. He is still the Happiest boy...at 13.5 years...his brother BOSS is my blind boy.
