🐾 Introducing Community Neuter Day at Friendship APL! 🐾
We’re excited to offer a special half-priced neuter day on October 26th! This is a great opportunity to save on your pet’s care while helping support our mission to promote responsible pet ownership and animal welfare.
This special clinic will be supported by veterinary students, providing a valuable hands-on learning opportunity while helping local pets receive affordable care! By opening our clinical doors to current veterinary students and recent graduates, we can give future veterinarians an opportunity to experience shelter medicine firsthand. Under the direct supervision of experienced veterinarians, students will participate in surgical preparation, anesthesia monitoring, routine neuter procedures and recovery.
For more information about this new program please check out this article: https://friendshipapl.org/bridging-the-gap-community-neuter-day/
