What if your next team meeting happened outside the conference room?
At Common Ground, our Team Building programs give groups a chance to step away from the day-to-day and work together in a completely different environment.

Through hands-on challenges and outdoor experiences, teams can practice:
• Communication
• Collaboration
• Problem-solving
• Trust
• Leadership
• Adaptability
Our programs are customized to meet your team's goals, whether you're welcoming new employees, strengthening an established team, developing leaders, or simply looking for a meaningful way to connect.

Located just west of Oberlin, Common Ground offers 30 wooded acres along the Vermilion River where teams can learn, challenge themselves and have some fun along the way.
