Sometimes the words we need most are the ones we forget to tell ourselves. 💚

During Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re encouraging our patients, staff, and community to pause for a moment and check in with themselves. Life gets busy, stressful, and overwhelming sometimes, but even a few kind words can make a difference.

If you or someone you know could use extra support, LCH&D offers Behavioral Health services to help care for your mental and emotional well-being.

LCCAA’s Lorain County Pathways HUB has diapers available for its clients and the community thanks to a partnership with Project MKC.

Eligible Lorain County families can receive one pack of diapers every 30 days while supplies last. You may be eligible if you live in Lorain County, are low-income and care for a child under the age of 4.

Training pullups, wipes and period products are also available. HUB clients receive priority and you must complete the referral form on our website.

Project MKC is a Youngstown-based, grassroots non-profit that partners with agencies throughout northeast Ohio to distribute items from its Basic Needs Bank.
