Successful team work is a critical skill as our Scouts continue grow up and learn to negotiate the challenges of today's world.

Scout Team Challenges do just that: They Challenge the scouts to work as a team, to listen, to collaborate, to consider others' perspectives, to trust, and to work together toward a common goal. It's possibly one of the most challenging and most rewarding activities Pack 1530 scouts ever do.
