The Bay Area Muslim community is blessed with the Rahma Community Center's (RCC) 14 acre vineyard garden in Oakley. The RCC garden offers sweet red grapes - delicious for eating fresh, or perfect for making juice, jam, vinegar, or smoothies.

Tonight (Thursday night) after Maghrib, the 21st night begins, which coincides with the night before Friday, combining an odd-numbered night and a Friday night.

Some scholars (Ibn Rajab, Ibn Taymiyyah and Abdulaziz bin Baz) say that:
“If an odd-numbered night coincides with Friday night, it is more likely than others to be Laylat al-Qadr.”

Tonight and the rest of the nights of Ramadan will be a potential for Laylat al-Qadr (The Night of Power), in which any good deeds will be multiplied MANY times (equivalent to 1000 months!). Also Du’a are accepted.

Please keep Rahma Community Center in your Du’as.

Ya Rabb-Al-Arsh-al-Azim, give the people of Ghazza a complete victory and incline the hearts of your pious servants to your project the Rahma Community Center. O Allah SWT guide all of us and give make Rahma Community Center project a complete success and reality.

Rahma Community Center has purchased a prime 14 acre commercial land in Oakley CA right next to Antioch and Brentwood. A beautiful master plan for a campus including Masjid, K-12 Islamic School, retail and senior housing is in progress with a vision to serve all especially the youth and seniors.
The goal is to raise $240K for completing the master plan to get the use and design entitlement.
This one of a kind project's aim of becoming a sustainable community is very promising. Please join the November 9th event at Newark Pavilion to learn more and support this great project.

Happy New Islamic Hijri Year
Today (July 7, 2024) is the first day of New Hijri Year 1446:
اللّهم أَدْخِلْهُ عَلينا بِالأمْنِ وَالإيمان، وَالسَّلامَةِ وَالإسْلام، وِجوارٍ مِّنَ الشَّيْطان، وَرِضْوَانٍ مِّنَ الرَّحْمن.
Translation
O Allah, Let this year enter upon us with complete security, iman, safety, Islam, protection from shaytan, and the pleasure of Rahman (Allah SWT).
