Techbridge Girls (TBG) is a unique provider of gender-responsive and culturally-relevant immersive after-school science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) and social-emotional (SEL) programming for elementary and middle school-aged girls* and gender-expansive youth. Techbridge Girls is reimagining the way STEM is taught to center the brilliance and potential of Black, Indigenous, and Latina

girls and gender-expansive youth. We believe that with these girls’ experiences, values, interests, voices, and brilliance, we can fully experience the possibilities of what a STEM revolution can do for our world.

*including cis girls, trans youth, gender non-conforming and/or non-binary youth who experience(d) girlhood as a part of their journey.

TBG Recommends: Ada Twist, Scientist

This Netflix animated series follows Ada, a curious young scientist who uses STEM to ask big questions and solve everyday mysteries, alongside friends Rosie Revere (an engineer) and Iggy Peck (an architect).

Executive produced by Barack Obama and Michelle Obama , the show celebrates curiosity, creativity, and the power of asking “why?” all while inspiring the next generation of innovators.
