These special needs athletes from the Bergen County area range in ages from 8 to adult and compete in Special Olympics New Jersey sports events.

On Friday, June 6, 2025 at approximately 8:00pm this cauldron will be lit with the Flame of Hope to signify the opening of the 2025 Special Olympics New Jersey Summer Games. The flame that will light the cauldron will have passed through the hands of hundreds of law enforcement officers who will have run with the torch accompanied by over 3,000 officers from across the State of New Jersey. The flames will come from north, south, east and west. Be on the look out for the Flame of Hope as it traverses the roadways of NJ. The "Guardians of the Flame" will be going as early as 5am in some parts and travel thousands of total miles raising money and awareness of and for the athletes of Special Olympics NJ.

Last Thursday the Wildcats ended their 2024-2025 bowling season. After a couple of games, the team had a party where awards were presented.

A huge shout out to the everyone at Holiday Bowl for their outstanding service and understanding. It is a pleasure working with you. Holiday Bowl has served as home to the Wildcats for well over two decades!!!

Thank you to Coach Ellen and Coach Glenn for all that they do during the season.

Congratulations to our Wildcats that competed this morning in the Special Olympics New Jersey State Singles Bowling tournament today at Bowlero in North Brunswick. Grace came away with a 4th place medal and Scott won the 3rd place bronze medal in their respective divisions.
