Four Skilled Trades units, four tentative agreements. ✊✊✊

300+ Teamsters 2010 Skilled Trades workers at UC Davis have now secured a tentative agreement, winning major raises over five years for workers at UC Davis campus and UC Davis Health ! Our raises also come with the same critical healthcare cost caps and monthly premium subsidies won by Teamsters at UCLA, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, and in our statewide CX administrative unit. Standing together, UC Teamsters are winning the wages and benefits we need to live in California! 🎉

Our Union is made more powerful by our Indigenous members and we are proud to stand with you!

Last week's rally at California State University, Los Angeles was just a taste of what we've got planned. CSU , California Faculty Association faculty and lecturers, and CSU Employees Union - CSUEU staff won't give up until we've won the fair pay, promised raises, and affordable benefits we've all earned.

There will be no labor peace for The California State University until they get their priorities straight. 👊

UCLA, UCSD, AND UCSB TEAMSTERS SECURE POWERFUL CONTRACTS! 🚨🚨

More than 1,000 Skilled Trades at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) , UC San Diego, and UC Santa Barbara have ratified new contracts, locking in 30.1% raises over the next five years, ironclad caps on healthcare expenses, plus new subsidies for most insurance plans! UC Teamsters fought hard this summer to achieve these wins, with rallies and pickets across southern California. The UC tried to wear us down, but we know that the University of California runs on US!

HUGE: Our bill to stop the CSU from backing out of Union contracts is now law and becomes effective Jan. 1, 2027! 👊

AB 1818, sponsored by Local 2010 and introduced by labor champion Assemblymember Liz Ortega, was signed by Governor Newsom. No longer will The California State University be able to unilaterally refuse to honor collective bargaining agreements on the basis of their state budget allocation, as they did when they failed to pay CSU Teamsters' 2025 contractual raises.

Now, the determination of whether or not CSU has been fully funded will be made by a neutral party (PERB, the Public Employment Relations Board), and CSU must follow that decision when implementing the terms of Union contracts!

This is a huge win for the 1,100 hard-working CSU Teamsters and every Union employee at the CSU. The CSU must abide by their contracts like any other employer, regardless of potential uncertainties! 🔥🔥
