Congratulations to Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts, First Place recipient of the Dr. Jenkins Research Achievement Award.

Their award-winning project, Pilot-Scale Anoxic-Aerobic Tertiary MBR Partial Denitrification-Anammox Process for Water Reuse Applications, demonstrates how research and innovation can advance wastewater treatment and water reuse. Through pilot testing and collaboration, the team developed solutions that can support future cost savings, operational flexibility, and sustainable recycled water programs.
