Have a used car you could donate (and receive a tax write off)? Over the years we have received donations of automobiles that have enabled Nate to drive all over Oakland and the Bay Area, picking up young people for meetings and gatherings and basketball practices. As one of those generously donated vehicles is nearing the end of a long life, we would definitely benefit from the donation of a used car that will be used for driving to local meetings and carting young people and basketball players all over the Bay Area. Nate had the opportunity to serve as one of the leaders for Soul Care, a 9 month journey for local faith leaders, that just had their closing retreat. It was a beautiful and sacred process. Participants were reminded who they are as God's beloved children and given tools to live life with God in their daily lives. Looking forward to next year's cohort already.
