We are looking for:
- An Outreach Implementation Specialist to serve as a front-line representative for BHMT, connecting Kaiser Permanente employees with valuable programs, services, and educational benefits. This role leads outreach efforts through presentations, career and education fairs, orientations, and other engagement opportunities.
- A Marketing Manager to lead BHMT's marketing strategy and drive integrated campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and utilization of our programs and services. This role oversees brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, campaigns, analytics, and creative services while helping shape the future of BHMT's marketing function.
- An HR Generalist to support BHMT's People Operations team by delivering exceptional HR services across the employee lifecycle. From talent acquisition and onboarding to benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations, this role helps create a positive employee experience and supports organizational success.
- A Learning & Development Specialist to design, facilitate, and enhance learning experiences that support employee growth and organizational development. This role leads learning and development initiatives, manages learning technologies, develops engaging training programs, and helps foster a culture of continuous learning across BHMT.
