On behalf of the Executive Committee of ICAN-USA & District, I extend my deepest gratitude to each of you for your valuable participation in the **ICAN-USA 12th International Accountants Conference, Indy 2025**. We also thank the Creator for journey mercies.

Today, we are pleased to inform you that your Certificates of Attendance/Participation have been issued and are available for your records. Additionally, all MCPE credit been appropriately issued and should now show on your portal. We made sure no stone were left un-turned in concluding all these in record time!

The success of Indy 2025 has been truly remarkable, and we continue to receive positive feedback from attendees. If you have not yet completed the **end-of-conference survey**, we encourage you to do so at your earliest convenience. Your insights are instrumental in refining our future events.

Looking ahead, we are excited to announce that the *13th International Accountants Conference* will take place in *Newark, New Jersey*, from *July 28 to August 2, 2026*. Early registration is strongly recommended, as it offers several benefits and greatly assists in our planning process. I am excited to share with you the dissertation research I am currently conducting, and I invite your participation in this important study. This research addresses critical issues that affect every Nigerian born. We recognize that entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in unlocking the economic potential of our nation and in creating employment opportunities through the establishment of successful start-ups.
However, for these start-ups to thrive and contribute meaningfully to economic growth, it is essential that our nation’s financial conditions are favorable, as shaped by various stakeholders. Nigeria possesses the human capital to spearhead this entrepreneurial drive. Regrettably, many individuals who embark on entrepreneurial ventures are compelled to leave their homeland in search of opportunities abroad, thereby jeopardizing their potential and contributing to a concerning trend known as brain drain on the home front. This phenomenon is the central focus of my study.
