Yoga & Vibes intention is to offer support and community as we practice making healthier choices and decisions for ourselves.

Refreshments provided by Mico Juice a black female owned juice company. Yoga has changed my life, now I am here to share my practice with likeminded peers.

First day of 2022 has already brought me closer to my truth. I just went with the flow and I didn't get upset when things were not as i had planned in my mind. I created deeper connections with ppl that are important to me. I got sunshine and enjoyed the day and the grass with my dog.

I have no goals this year more so desires to for how I want to feel. I want to feel joy. I want to feel connection. I want to feel abundance and opulence. I'm searching for the feeling of alignment and doing whatever beings me closer to that.

2021 Iv learned a lot. Moving into 2022. I am giving myself the chance to truly open my heart and not be so afraid to love fully. Iv spent a lot of time working on myself but not really learning how to work with others and build and maintain fulfilling relationships. I desire vulnerability with a person. I desire touch and communication. I am no longer denying the things I want out of fear of loosing what was never for me.

My greatest achievement in life to date has been becoming a yoga teacher. Iv been on the may for over 12 years. My intention when I started was never to become a teacher but to heal my body.

That's how yoga happens you are drawn to it for a reason but you discover something completely new once you get into it. You discover that you are a person with desires and now has the ability to sense what you need, Identify it and give it to yourself or seek it elsewhere.

I became a teacher to show ppl what has brought me closer my myself.

Iv realized this many times but again I recently remembered that I only wanna hav fun. I don't wanna work hard, I don't want to sacrifice much, I don't believe suffering or struggle are part of my experience. I am choosing to live a life of ease because Iv decided I deserve it!!

Today I'm celebrating 2 things... On my own I managed to connect with over 5,000 here on IG and I'm proud to say it was organic and I look forward to connecting with more very soon.

I'm also celebrating the resilience within me for never being afraid to start over.

I think it's funny. Today I feel lonely and sad and it's only because Iv lost something I gave myself a while ago.

My peace, I gave it away to several ppl, places and things that don't matter to me at all. I'm not sure how I managed to give it over right to the ppl in their hands, but I did.

The lovely things about cultivating things for yourself is that I can do it again and again as many times at it takes!!

Swipe left. .eequay little frog with boots it's the highlight of my life right now. I can't explain what she does for me cuz it's for more than anyone has the capacity to understand.

I really be feeling like this frog just wanting ppl to feel good. Life is what it is with all its ups and down and this frog has brought me to tears on days when i really needed a hug or some encouragement to get me through another day of adulting.

Thank you .eequay you and this frog have been a light in my life through these rough times.
