Haircuts with Heart HaircutswithHeart is a non profit whose mission is to help those in need rediscover their identity by offering professional, free beauty services.

We are a new nonprofit in Oakland providing beauty services to our community. We offer day long events, lunch and product. We are currently looking for a product brand to partner with for next years' events, as well as other positions for our board. Feel free to private message with inquiries.

Everybody feels good when they have a fresh haircut. We understand that a haircut is a simple yet powerful way for people to reconnect with their sense of identity, and helps to retrieve a sense of sense of self-dignity to those in need. We feel the exchange gives value to everyone involved. The giver gets more than they give. The exchange leaves everybody feeling lifted, in a time where many feel disconnected.
