Rooted in the Bay, Selia is a first-generation Afro Latina college and law school graduate who began her career in civil litigation in private practice before committing her career to public service. Since 2015, she has served the City of Oakland as a Deputy City Attorney. Beyond the courtroom, Selia is a leader in our community.
