East Bay La Raza Lawyers Association Founded in 1978, EBLRLA is the county bar association of Latina, Latino, and Latinx lawyers in Alameda and Contra Costa counties.

We are affiliated with the La Raza Lawyers of California and the Minority Bar Coalition of the San Francisco Bay Area. This page is not intended to provide nor does it provide legal advice. We are proud to endorse our member, Selia Warren, for Alameda County Superior Court Judge, Seat 19, in the June 2, 2026 Direct Primary Election.

Rooted in the Bay, Selia is a first-generation Afro Latina college and law school graduate who began her career in civil litigation in private practice before committing her career to public service. Since 2015, she has served the City of Oakland as a Deputy City Attorney. Beyond the courtroom, Selia is a leader in our community.
