Equity-Based iGroups are “i”ndividual, “i”nquiry groups or small, peer-led, learning communities that support members to explicitly examine and transform their own practice towards improved and equitable student results and experiences.
This intensive, experiential course prepares individuals to facilitate (or to be a better participant in) equity-centered professional learning such as iGroups. Participants increase their…

• tools (protocols and structures to facilitate meetings and collaborative processes)
• practice (authentic opportunities to facilitate or “hold space” to engage in equity-centered collaboration)
