It is almost hard for us to believe that Lend A Hand Foundation is entering its 30th year of service!
What began as a desire to simply lend a hand has grown into nearly three decades of serving children, youth, families, schools, and communities. We could never have reached this milestone alone.
It is our goal on May 1, 2027, to pay tribute to countless individuals, partners, volunteers, donors, staff, members, and friends whose names are forever woven into the Lend A Hand Foundation story. Every person who gave their time, donated, packed a backpack, opened a door, made an introduction, sponsored a child, volunteered at an event, or simply believed in our mission helped us get here.
Time is moving quickly! In the coming months, we will share the many ways you can participate in this historic milestone, including opportunities to connect with as many people as possible to have been part of our journey. We look forward to coming together for the Lend A Hand Foundation 30th Year Legacy Ball.
Remember this will be more than a celebration, remembrance, and recognition—honoring those who paved the way while looking ahead to the lives we still have an opportunity to touch.
We hope you will be there. There will be some surprises!
