Lots of happy educators at our Back-To-School Teacher Open House today! We helped over 40 teachers equip their classrooms with free science supplies and equipment donated from local companies and other institutions.

Thank you to Board Member Ari Pailakian and for providing a truck that helped BioLink Depot rescue lab equipment and supplies from the May 27 e-waste event at UCSF Mission Bay.

These materials are now headed to our warehouse, where they’ll be redistributed to STEM educators instead of going to waste.

We also appreciate the UCSF e-waste team for facilitating the transfer.

Our STEM Teacher Open House is happening this Sunday, May 31! 🔬🧪

Join us for FREE classroom resources, hands-on science materials, and support for educators bringing STEM to their students.

We’re also excited to welcome the San Francisco Microscopical Society, who will be onsite refurbishing donated microscopes! 🔍

🏫 Title I Teachers: Early entry begins at 11am
👩‍🏫 Open to all educators from 1–3pm
📦 Don’t forget boxes or bags for supplies
