So yesterday was election day and it is still unclear who the new mayor of Oakland will be. With new leadership, comes new ideas, and we feel this is the time to let our voices be heard. We must all unite to make this dream a reality. Be sure to tell all your friends, family, co-workers, enemies, strangers on the street that we must all come together to let them know we want Too $hort Plaza!

In July of 2010 a grassroots movement to change the name of Frank Ogawa Plaza in Oakland, CA to Too Short Plaza was established.

We are a small grassroots organization who at the moment only exist due to word of the mouth and the loyalty of our members. We are on the verge of a milestone of 20 members, please tell your friends, family, and even enemies to join our cause. We also encourage any and all open discussion on this page. Please, don't just be a face on here, take action and "Gettin' Where you Fit In"!
