Slowing down isn't weak leadership. It might be the most equitable thing you do.
Here's what Roxanne Kymaani and Woo Williams-Zou from NEP reflect on from our Coaching & Managing for Equity Institute:
Leaders are stepping away from just fixing problems and starting to lead with curiosity instead of urgency. They're realizing that jumping to solutions can actually shut people down. But when leaders pause, ask better questions, and really listen, they create the conditions for belonging, where people feel seen, trusted, and part of shaping what comes next.
What leaders want next? Less theory, more practice. Real scenarios. Language for hard conversations.
At NEP, we're listening. And we're learning right alongside you.
