Join us January 22-24, 2027 for a weekend in the Bay Area devoted to Persian dance. We'll explore:

- Choreography and improvisation
- Musicality, hand and arm technique, and turns
- Persian dance history and music, with a special musical guest
- A Sunday evening performance sharing our work

These weekends are some of my favorite experiences to teach. We get to slow down, go deep into the music and history, and connect with a small group of passionate dancers :)

Last year sold out, and past participants are already signing up. Registration opens to the waitlist on October 15th, so join now to get first access:

Samarkand... such an incredibly beautiful city. So much multi-cultural, shared history.!

As earthquakes, weather, tourism and time threaten some of Central Asia’s most celebrated Islamic architecture, restorers relentlessly work to ensure that the knowledge behind the monuments survives alongside the buildings themselves.
