"Day in the Park" is an annual event in September made possible by our dedicated team of volunteers, donations, & lots of hard work!! We are a Maxwell Park neighborhood action team made up of volunteers who are working hard to build a greater/stronger sense of community in our diverse neighborhood. To that end, as one of our projects, we host a fabulous annual event: "Day in the Park-Maxwell Park"
every September. The event is made possible entirely by generous donations and volunteers from our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods and businesses. September 10th, 2016 will be our 11th annual event from 12 noon to 5 p.m.! Live music on our stage, lots of wonderful children's activities, great food, vendors, and lots more!
