Saturday, 9 dogs from the HAPI community were spayed or neutered through our partnership with Animal Services.
These surgeries happen because of collaboration behind the scenes. Thank you to Oakland Animal Services and Friends of Oakland Animal Services for coordinating the program, the veterinary team for spending their Saturday caring for our community, and the HAPI volunteers who transported beloved pets to and from their appointments.

Every surgery helps prevent unwanted litters, improves long-term health, and supports families in keeping the pets they love.

We met this little guy yesterday. His name is Mister. Its kinda hard to see in these photos but his hair was a mess! 😂. His owner trusted HAPI to take his buddy to get groomed today. Our amazing groomer Jess Jess and your Pets was able to fit this guy into her schedule at the last minute!
