It's been a week. So many people murdered. So many people hurt. So many people currently in danger. So much sadness. So much courage. So much anger. So much fear. So much strength. So much unity. So much brotherhood and sisterhood. So much.
Hearts all over the world are open now to the plight of hundreds of thousands of our brothers and sisters.

1) Every one of those families are in crisis mode - and many, many of them will STILL be in crisis mode in a week, 3 weeks, and 3 months from now, and longer. That hole in your heart right now? KEEP IT OPEN. Don't let the daily grind of life make you forget your current spirit of compassion and generosity that is emanating from your soul. Our family will have deep needs far into the future: financially, spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

2) There are so many ways to help. I, along with my colleagues, are raising $50,000 which will go directly to supporting these families with meals, now and in the future. We have a team of volunteers ready to buy the food and deliver - we just need the donations. Please consider giving, and sharing widely.

We at NCSY have brought thousands of pies of pizza's to our Jewish Student Union clubs. Now it is time to redirect those pizzas.

Hey there TJJ Action!!!!!! My name is Julia Benarroch and I am BEYOND excited to be back for round 2 of the best. summer. ever!!! If you’re keeping up with this insta than you already met Abby my awesome co-advisor on the left, that’s me on the right super excited to be in the snow. I’m from LA, spent a year and a half on a gap year program in Israel (and LOVED it) and at the moment spend most of my time at Stern college in NYC🏙 where I’m majoring in switching majors (all suggestions are welcome) - past options have included PoliSci, Psych, Accounting, History, CompSci, and Finance, so stay tuned🤪😎👩‍🎓 Some very important facts about me include:
I like pretending I’m not addicted to coffee☕️ tacos and cocoa pebbles are my all time fav foods💗🌮🥣💗 not a morning person but I can stay up all night no problem🌜I’m a history nerd and read excessively📚 I love traveling and buy a baseball cap wherever I go, but will be wearing the same exact LA Dodgers hat the entire summer🧢 and last but not least my favorite place in the world is Israel🇮🇱🇮🇱 and I CANNOT WAIT to explore, chill, dmc, grow, learn and have a blast with all of you there in ONLY 2 DAYS!!!!

Hey I'm Asher Brooks and I'm hyped to be ur advisor on TJJ action. I havent been to Israel since my gap year program, and I'm super excited to be back in Israel with an amazing crew. I'm from NJ and currently in YU going for my MBA and leaning in yeshiva in Maryland at the same time. I love learning new skills and have a special place for music and piano. We're gonna have a sick time this summer and make lasting memories together!

Hey guys!! My name is Abby Goldberg and I’m am so psyched to be one of your advisors on TJJ Action this summer! I live in the beautiful city of Jerusalem and have been here since my gap year at machon Maayan. I am currently a madricha in a gap year program and loving it. I was an advisor on action the past 2 summers and I’m so psyched to be returning! I love singing and spontaneous dance parties!! A random fun fact about me is that I eat mango and kiwi skins and watermelon rinds (yes it’s actually good for you). Another one is that I absolutely love zoos and am a low key animal fact nerd😝 If I could eat sushi everyday for the rest of my life I would be the happiest person in the universe. I studied this year to become a doula (emotional support person for birthing women). Anywho I’m beyond super duper psyched for the summer and can’t wait to get to know each and every one of you🎉🎉🎉
