Blue Heart

Blue Heart We help people fund grassroots social change organizations in the Bay Area and Seattle You fund their transformative visions.

Blue Heart elevates the stories and solutions of those on the frontlines of today’s most entrenched social challenges. Traditional philanthropy does not fund organizations addressing the root causes of systemic injustice, which requires building the self-determination of the communities most marginalized by our dominant, extractive economy. Our partner organizations are doing this through shifting

culture and building power. Every month, we feature a different community-led, grassroots organization that is advancing social or environmental justice. You fund their work; we send you the human stories behind their vision, learning resources about the movements they are a part of, and additional ways you can get involved. Blue Heart memberships starts at $25/month.

It’s always so fun to find art like this out in the community, created by wonderful local artists. Beautifying our public spaces is an important part of social change. Blue Heart׳s Creator Fund supports Bay Area local artists to create art in partnership with our grantee grassroots organizations. If you have an idea, reach out! And we’d love to see the local art that you’re coming across these days!
