Lisa Goorjian ’87 was recently recognized by the East Bay Regional Parks Foundation during Women’s History Month for her leadership and impact in parks and recreation. In 2023, she made history as the East Bay Regional Park District’s first female Assistant General Manager of Operations. With more than 25 years of experience, Lisa has played a key role in park planning, design, and conservation, and continues to support vital programs in outdoor recreation, interpretation, and volunteer services across the district.
