Another quick way to get back to connecting to your body.

5 things you can see
4 things you can touch
3 things you can hear
2 things you can smell
1 thing you can taste

Someone have also shared what helps them with grounding is having a stuffed toy, or something they can touch in their pocket. It keeps them grounded in something that feels good to them.
