We have always had problems with the smell and we have not been able to drink it. I lived on Dogwood, I drank bottled water yet cooked with water. I suffered from Kidney Stones. We moved and got the reverse osmosis water system and I have not had kidney stones I got a clean bill of health. We had our water tested and it was within safe area.

I recently spoke to someone who lives west of Lake George, they have the same reverse osmosis for their water.
