The New Greenleaf Park is Coming Soon! Here are the details and rendering of the park lay out that will go at the corner of NE 38th St (AKA Park Lane) & NE 13th Ave extending to NE 37th St. It will feature, Pickle Ball, Tennis and Basketball courts as well as a children's' playground.

The image below displaying the basketball and tennis court to the left is along NE 13th Ave, with the pickle ball off of NE 38th St and Playground off of NE 37th St.

The Groundbreaking event will be held at Tuesday, March 24 at 10AM. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

This morning, the sidewalks construction begun on 36th St. The home owner of the property (pictured) was able to save their island landscape by talking with foreman of the project. If you see the construction coming toward your property, I suggest having a pleasant conversation with the on site project head to try and get them to accomodate distinctive attributes of your property.
