We are so proud of our Events Director for presenting at the 40th annual FSOSW conference in Hollywood Beach. Valerie Bejune presented on navigating patients with metastatic breast cancer. Thank you for your service with both the American Cancer Society and our community!

Juneteenth: a day of recognition, restoration, and celebration for the African American community. The fight for equality is still fought daily and our stance is equality for all cannot be achieved until there is health equality for all.

The American Cancer Society has many resources to ensure equal access is available to all!

Yesterday was National Cancer Survivors Day which calls for celebrating the victory of their fights! More people than ever are surviving cancer, but our work with the American Cancer Society isn’t finished yet. We provide resources and support beyond treatment that continue to help survivors daily.

We are beyond excited to share the date and location for our second annual Starlight Soiree, a party with a purpose that brings the community together for one night to support the to end cancer as we know it, for everyone.

We also recognize and celebrate the fundraising efforts of Gold Together Champions, a distinguished group of Broward’s leaders who have been nominated by their peers to bring awareness and raise funds to support pediatric cancer research, education, advocacy, and services.
