Thank you so much to Filomenas Restaurant and Private Dining for allowing me to host a cocktail hour fundraiser last Sunday, the 18th.

Even though the snow kept the turnout smaller than expected, I am incredibly grateful for everyone who reached out, supported, and donated even when they couldn’t make it.

Because of you, we raised (so far) $270 in donations!

I’m now preparing 4 confidence kits to donate to young girls who are currently battling cancer. I already have two girls identified. If you know a young girl currently facing cancer who could benefit from a confidence kit, please message me.

Finally sharing photos from Conquer the Day 2025.

This event was such a special reminder of why Conquer with Confidence exists which is to uplift young girls facing cancer and remind them just how strong, beautiful, and confident they are.

A huge thank you to the incredible people who made this day possible:

Because of the impact of this day, the plan is to host another Conquer the Day event this year. That means fundraising... and my goal is to send out 10 confidence kits this year, not including the girls who participated in Conquer the Day.

I know it’s been a minute since I’ve posted. I’m really trying to get better with social media, but honestly… life is a lot.

But even with the chaos, I’ve been working quietly behind the scenes on Conquer with Confidence. This cause means so much to me, and I’ve been trying to figure out the most affordable, hands-on way to start fundraising so I can finally get these Confidence Kits out to young girls facing cancer. I’ve been gathering supplies, testing ideas, and basically teaching myself how to make everything by hand so more of the money goes straight to the cause.

So here’s my question — and I really want honest feedback:

If I made Conquer with Confidence merch, would you buy it?
Every single dollar would go right back into uplifting these girls and helping them feel even a little stronger on the hardest days of their lives.

This year, I’m looking for local restaurants and businesses who’d like to help host fundraisers

Filomenas Restaurant and Private Dining is already on the schedule for 2026👀

Whether it’s donating a cocktail hour, hosting an event, or even just putting a donation jar out by your checkout, every bit helps me continue creating Confidence Kits and hosting more Conquer the days for preteens and teens fighting cancer.

🧡Join the Conquer with Confidence Board 🧡

My goal is to officially obtain 501(c)(3) nonprofit status by the end of this year — and to do that, I’m looking to build a strong, passionate board for Conquer with Confidence.

I’m looking for individuals who are deeply passionate about raising awareness for pediatric cancer — especially those who have been personally impacted or want to make a real difference for young fighters and survivors.

This isn’t just a temporary role — this is a family, a team committed to helping this mission grow and thrive. If you believe in empowering and uplifting young girls facing cancer, and you’re ready to trust the process and help this cause grow, I’d love to have you on this journey.
