Library Of Emotions
Leo Tolstoy once wrote “Music is the shorthand of emotion.” Our goal is to provide an interactive space for participants to experience the spectrum of human emotion together. We hope to inspire internal emotional exploration in the user by illuminating their emotional world using the universal language of music and expression.

Today we share thanks with all those who support us and introduce the Dusty Minds Imagination Collective 2024 installation “The Library Of Emotion” which we plan to share at 2024 Burning Man Project Curiouser & Curiouser!

The Library of Emotion will be a hexagonal structure containing space that leverages music as a tool to convey each of Paul Eckman's 5 basic emotions (outlined in the "Atlas of Emotion") The Library of Emotion will be a homage to the atlas, demonstrating the five emotions through music.

As a listener wanders through the library they will be physically and mentally traversing the spectrum of emotional spaces found in the clouds of music the space contains.

Leo Tolstoy once wrote “Music is the shorthand of emotion.” Our goal is to provide an interactive space for participants to experience the spectrum of human emotion together. We hope to inspire internal emotional exploration in the user by illuminating their emotional world using the universal language of music and expression.
