At the conclusion of this school year, the BPW awarded two seniors with academic scholarships and two seniors with our Civic Minded Award. Please join us in congratulating these outstanding students:

Reese Willis received our $500 Miss Oakdale Scholarship, awarded each year at the conclusion of Miss Oakdale’s reign. Reese will be attending LSUA, where she will pursue a degree in nursing.
The Civic Minded Award is based on a senior's academic performance and their involvement in the community, school, and extracurricular activities.
Maurie Grace Dickey is one of the two seniors to receive our Civic Minded Award. Maurie Grace will be attending Tulane University, majoring in political science with a minor in legal studies, and plans to attend Tulane Law School thereafter.
