⚾️ Happy National Coaches Day! ⚾️

Today we celebrate the incredible volunteer coaches who give their time, energy, patience, and heart to our players. You teach so much more than baseball—you build confidence, encourage teamwork, create lasting memories, and make a difference in the lives of our kids.

Our league would not be possible without you. Thank you for showing up, stepping up, and making every season special. We appreciate you more than you know! ❤️⚾️

🥎 Help Bring Girls Softball Back to the Ojai Valley!

Since the closure of OVGSA, we’ve heard from many families who want to see girls softball return to our community. OVBL is exploring how we can help bring the program back by connecting families, volunteers, and community support.
If there’s enough interest, we hope to see an instructional start-up program as early as this fall while working toward re-establishing a standalone girls softball league in the Ojai Valley.

📋 Take our community survey!
🗓️ Open through Wednesday, July 22.

After the survey closes, we’ll host a community meeting to review the results and discuss the next steps.

Please share this post with anyone who may be interested. Together, we can help bring girls softball back to the Ojai Valley! 🥎💙

🏆 DISTRICT CHAMPIONS! 🏆

From the very first pitch, this group took the field with confidence, determination, and a love for the game that was impossible to ignore.

They battled through every inning, picked each other up, played for the name on the front of the jersey, and earned every moment of this championship run. What makes this team special isn’t just the wins—it’s the heart, hustle, sportsmanship, and friendships they’ve built along the way.

Congratulations to our 2026 Ojai Valley 8U All-Stars on bringing home the District Championship! The journey continues, and we couldn’t be more proud of the way these boys represent our league, our community, and each other.
