📣🌶️ IMPORTANT UPDATE — INTER-SERVICE CHILI COOK-OFF POSTPONED 🌶️📣

AMVETS Post 2 has made the decision to postpone our Inter-Service Chili Cook-Off until January 2027.

Due to scheduling conflicts, we simply weren't going to be able to give this event the time and attention it deserves. Rather than trying to force the original schedule, we're moving the competition to January and giving ourselves the opportunity to make it an even better event! 🇺🇸

We know some of you were already looking forward to representing your branch, cooking up your best chili, or just showing up hungry to taste the competition. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and any changes this may cause to your plans.

But don't put away those chili recipes just yet! 🌶️🔥

Army. Air Force. Space Force. Marines. Navy. Coast Guard. The battle for chili bragging rights is still happening—it's just going to have to wait a little longer! 😏🏆

We'll announce the new January dates and updated competition schedule as soon as everything is finalized.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of AMVETS Post 2. We appreciate our Veterans, members, guests, volunteers, and community for continuing to show up and support what we're building at the Post. ❤️🤍💙
