It's that time again!

Today (9/20/2026), we hosted our Third Sunday Open House. Open houses are every 3rd Sunday and occasionally 5th Sundays from 1pm-4pm at the Children's Museum of Oak Ridge.

Today's attendance has been steady, with plenty of great folks stopping by!

Today (Sunday, August 16) was our Third Sunday Open House for August. Despite the heat, we still had quite the turnout with many visitors and members stopping by throughout the day. There were trains everywhere today with a lot to see, which kept me very busy moving around trying to see it all!

Folks I must apologize for the thin selection of photos from recent Open House events, I've been rather preoccupied for the past two 3rd Sunday events. Fortunately, with the help of Ben Loy, I do have some photos to present for the open house for Sunday, July 19th.

It seems there was quite an interesting selection of motive power today!

Today (May 31, 2026) was our 5th Sunday Club Open House. Attendance was fair, with plenty of folks stopping by to see these little trains go 'round. The theme for this event was military trains to connect with Memorial Day earlier this past week. We are thankful, and we remember those who gave everything for the sake of our freedom and our country. Here are some photos from today's event. As always, there's more information in the captions.
