Calling all painters! 🫟🖌️

Do you love to paint and give back to your community? We are currently working on a project for a neighbor in Anderson County. Around half of the house is painted and we are needing some help from volunteers to complete it!

You can volunteer during the week or on the weekend! Interested?

You can reach out to (865) 483-6028 x 116 or email [email protected] for information.

Saturday, October 17 is National Pasta Day and we encourage you to celebrate by donating "Noodles for Neighbors!" As you are grocery shopping this weekend, please consider picking up:

Noodles - all types
Sauce - marinara, Alfredo/cheese, meat
Shelf stable Parmesan cheese
Canned protein (chicken, tuna, beans)
Italian spices and red pepper flakes

Donations will help stock ADFAC's Crisis Cupboard, which serves local families experiencing financial difficulties.

Items can be placed in our secure drop box outside Room 103 in the Activities Building at 1051 Oak Ridge Turnpike, or call 865-483-6028 option 1 for more options. Please note our offices are closed Friday - Sunday.

A few weeks ago, ADFAC staff dressed in pink, and donated children's books in memory of Dolly Parton. Today, we had the opportunity to deliver those books, along with some teacher/classroom supplies, to our partner in the community https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100091928930231
