Blossom Center is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization founded on April 1, 2015 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. They comply with the licensing requirements as outlined by the Department of Human Services and other stakeholders and operate without regard to race, color, creed, gender, ability or economic status.

They believe that ALL families deserve affordable high quality childcare that ensures optimal child development, such as that available at Blossom Center.

Their tuition schedule ensures that our program is accessible to all members of our community, particularly low income families.
