We’re thrilled to announce that we now have a Little Free Library at our clubhouse steps! This wonderful addition gives our community a place to share, discover, and enjoy books together.

A huge THANK YOU to Keep Little Elm Beautiful for generously donating the library, and to all of the amazing volunteers who helped make this project a reality. Your time, effort, and dedication have created something that will benefit our community for years to come.

Right now, the library is temporarily located on the clubhouse porch, but we’ll soon be building a dedicated stand for it so it has a permanent home.

Stop by the clubhouse, take a book, leave a book, and help us keep the joy of reading alive! 📖❤️

IMPORTANT POOL NOTE:

We have been made aware of a couple rather large groups of people that do NOT live in Crescent Oaks being let into the pool. They are telling residents that they lost their cards. PLEASE do NOT let anyone into the pool that does not have their pool card and ask to be let in. If they say they have lost their pool cards advise them that they should contact a member of the POA for a replacement card.
Reminder: if you let someone in without a pool card they are YOUR guest and YOU are responsible for them
Also, Children 14 and under are not allowed in the pool without adult supervision

🌞🏊‍♀️ Pool Opening This Saturday! 🏊‍♂️🌞

Great news, Crescent Oaks! The pool officially opens Saturday, May 16, 2026—just in time to kick off summer! 🎉

A few quick reminders:
💧 Annual dues and amenities fees are due June 1—please make sure they’re paid so you can enjoy the pool all season long!
💧 Pool access cards are required. Please do not let anyone in without a card. Anyone you allow in will be considered your guest, and you’ll be responsible for their actions.
💧 Need a new card? Just email [email protected] and we’ll help you out.

We’re looking forward to a fun and safe pool season for everyone. Thanks so much, and enjoy the summer!

Neighbors, we need your help.

The City of Oak Point has notified us that beginning in March, they will no longer mow the ditch, culvert, and the area alongside Yacht Club Road and the Bridle Trail. Unfortunately, the Association does not own the type of equipment required to maintain these areas, nor can we afford to purchase or contract out this additional mowing.

The neighbor who currently mows the trail and park has been incredibly generous with his time and equipment, but this new area is beyond what his equipment can safely handle.

To avoid Code Compliance citations and to keep our neighborhood looking cared for, we are asking for volunteers who can regularly mow these areas. Even a small rotation of a few households would make a huge difference.

If you have the equipment and are willing to help—even occasionally—please comment below or message the POA directly. Your support will help protect our community and keep Crescent Oaks looking beautiful.

Thank you to everyone who decorated, nominated, and voted—our neighborhood looked absolutely magical this year. The holiday spirit was shining bright all across Crescent Oaks!

✨ Be sure to take a drive or stroll through Crescent Oaks to see these winning homes—and all the others who decorated just for the joy of the season. Their displays are so much bigger, brighter, and more magical in person than a single picture can ever capture.
