People sometimes ask what our BloNo meditation community is actually like.

It’s meditation, classes, retreats, conversations, friendship, volunteering, laughter, awkwardness, road trips, snacks, helping each other, and trying to become a little kinder and wiser along the way. 🙂

Some people come for peace. Some come because life feels hard. Some are curious about Buddhism. Some just want to feel a little less alone.
Our local group is small, but we’re also part of a much larger worldwide Buddhist community rooted in meditation, compassion, and wisdom.

No experience needed. No pressure to be Buddhist.
Most of us were super nervous the first time too.
