Lupus Detroit also offers monetary assistance and a variety of easily to read literature and other resources.

"As we prepare for the celebration of life for our beloved Sharon Harris, we have decided to postpone our bowling fundraiser to allow our community time to gather and support one another during this tender time. Instead, we will hold our regular monthly Support Group Session on March 21. 2026, from 12;00 - 1:30 at U of M Detroit Center. We look forward to coming together in a more intimate space and appreciate everyone's understanding and continued support."

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Sharon Harris. Sharon touched so many lives with her strength, grace, and unwavering spirit. As a true Lupus warrior, she fought courageously and inspired everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

She will be missed tremendously. Our thoughts, prayers, and deepest condolences are with her family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
