CUP - the Constant Uplifting Process

CUP - the Constant Uplifting Process Through information sharing and collaborating with mental health professionals, parents learn more about emotional development at each stage of development.

CUP is about supporting parents and working with them to help them discover solutions to their parenting dilemmas while helping their children reach their highest potential. CUP provides workshops as well as individual on-on-one sessions for parents who want to gain new insights and begin to overcome some of the challenges that many families face in these complex times. They also learn more about

how exposure to trauma can interfere with development as well as how to recognize trauma symptoms. Parents will learn new insights into their child's behavior because of the new understanding that will be gained from the program. These new insights will provide parents with new solutions to old problems.

We've created this survey of mental and emotional disorders occurring in childhood to help worried parents better understand the various ways that mental illness can effect children; what it looks like and how it can be helped.

CUP is founded on the premise that parents, and those blessed with the responsibility of caring for our young, must remember this; "Don't worry so much that the children don't always listen to you, worry more that they are always watching you" original author unknown
