Sustainable Quilting is the theme of our meeting this month! Join us this Sunday, February 15th 2-5PM @ Rush Oak Park Hospital🪡Mend, Make-Do, and THRIFT. Turn fabric scraps, worn-out clothes, and thrifted finds into cozy quilts. We’ll cover mending techniques, creative piecing, and how to make something beautiful with leftovers.🪡 MEGA-SWAP TABLE 💥 Take some time this week to pull out the fabric you know you’ll never use. It might be the exact thing your guildmates need! We will have a super-sized table for swapping fabric, notions, and books.🪡 See you Sunday!

It was a full house for the Mini Trunk Show at our meeting this past Sunday, and with good reason! Thank you to Ellen, Jamie, Colleen, and Lauren for sharing your art and quilting journeys. It was so fun to learn more about you all through the lens of quilting.

Show and tell brought equal excitement with the unveiling of a beautiful antique quilt (pictured first) that had been hidden for years, pinned between two sheets. The hand quilting is exquisitely detailed!
