🔥 AUGUST BALL SKILLS — WEEK 1/4 ✅
Week 1 is in the books! 📚

We focused on ball handling + jab step series, using the heavy ball to challenge control and strength, plus tennis ball work to level up that hand-eye coordination. 🏀🎾
